Trách nhiệm công việc

  • Architect and develop robust, reusable APIs and backend systems to power scalable, service-oriented digital platforms.
  • Lead modernization efforts for legacy systems using cutting-edge technologies and architectural best practices.
  • Implement secure, well-tested, and high-performance code by following advanced engineering principles and methodologies. Optimize system performance and service reliability through code refactoring, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver innovative digital services that align with business goals.
  • Participate in and lead architectural planning, code review, and engineering design sessions.
  • Translate high-level business and technical requirements into clean, maintainable solutions.
  • Contribute to technical decision-making and mentor junior engineers across the team.
  • Champion engineering excellence and help shape a strong, service-minded engineering culture.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

  • 4+ years of backend development experience using Node.js, PHP, or equivalent technologies in high-traffic service-based environments.
  • Proven experience in building distributed systems, web services, and service-oriented architectures (SOA).
  • Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Production-level experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure and services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).
  • Experience with event-driven architecture, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), Redis, and Elasticsearch.
  • Strong command of version control systems like Git and a deep understanding of branching strategies.
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with AI/ML tools that enhance development productivity (e.g. Copilot, CodeWhisperer).
