Responsibilities

Scrum Event Coordination: Facilitate and manage all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring they align with business objectives and are well-defined.
Team Facilitation: Foster a collaborative and productive team environment by facilitating effective communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure their satisfaction with project outcomes.
Metrics and Reporting: Track project progress, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Strong fluency in English is a must
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Coordinator or Scrum Master
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Scrum Coordinator or similar role.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Open-mindedness and willingness to learn: Ability to accept feedback, adapt to new approaches, and continuously develop your skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
