Responsibilities

Feature Development

Join some parts or the full lifecycle of software development.

Design Systems

Create design specifications independently.

System Design

Create systems design with instruction from the Project Leader.

Design Review & System Optimization

Do implementation as well as conduct reviews for others.

Code Standards

Mentor/coach lower developers with best practices including coding standards, design patterns, unit tests, tests, and deployment.

Technical Updates

Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Scenario Planning

Willing to take business trips or work overseas.

Other Assigned Tasks

Other assignments from the Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a relevant major

At least 4 years of experience in Java, Java Core, Spring Boot development.

Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Angular, ReactJS, etc.

Having knowledge of RESTful and SOAP APIs for integrating different services.

Hands-on experience in SQL/non-SQL databases such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.

Familiarity with software development life cycle such as Waterfall, Agile methodology.

Experience in making specifications such as design and test specifications.

Willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.

Japanese: JLPT N3+, English: Basic

Team leading skill is an advantage.
