Manage the team and project.
Design, build, refactor, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
Perform daily management tasks, coordinate with the Project Manager (PM) to create the project plan, guide the daily work of junior engineers, and share knowledge.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

At least 5 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Docker, and related technologies/libraries (JPA, MyBatis 3, Flyway/Liquibase, Lombok, MapStruct, JasperReports, Apache POI, etc.).
At least 2 years of experience in frontend development using Vue 3, Nuxt 3, and related technologies/libraries (HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript, TypeScript…).
Familiarity with unit testing and logging frameworks, techniques, and tools.
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL.
Experience with Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, and other related technologies.
Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong skills in requirement analysis & clarification, logical thinking, and problem-solving.
Good self-learning ability, with a solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
Ability to read and create design documents and diagrams.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in maintaining legacy systems.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, GitLab, Docker, and Postman.

Salary range: Negotiable base on your experience – Up to $2.500
