Duties and Responsibilities:
- Focus on the quality aspect of the system:
-
- Non-functional requirements: technical debt, refactoring, performance, security, etc.
- Maintain consistent code quality & architecture
- Prevent big refactorings from happening
- Raise code review standards
- Discuss with the project lead to balance between development quality and speed
- Ensure the right technical decisions are being made by the team
- Provide the department lead with constructive feedback and information about the team's current technical strengths and weaknesses
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
Required Experience:
- 3+ years experienced with ReactJS/ VueJS and Javascript Frameworks
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Development experience in blockchain and crypto
Technical Skills Qualifications:
- Strong Problem-Solving and Debugging Skills
- Proficient experience with ReactJS/VueJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with integrating external web services (REST, or Graph QL APIs)
- Experience with incorporating smart contracts
- Experience with UI/UX
Desired non-technical Skills Qualifications:
- Able to cope with pressure, prioritise workload and meet agreed timetable
