Your role & responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and Web App Mobile.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes into high-quality code.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues.
Lead and mentor junior/middle front-end developers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and industry trends.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.

Your skills & qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role.
Extensive experience with ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and Web App Mobile.
Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices.
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Experience with other JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
