Act as a technology solutions expert, partnering with enterprise clients from ideation to implementation to help them optimize business performance;
Serve as the strategic bridge between the Sales team and the Technical/Design teams, ensuring requirements are accurately captured and translated into actionable solutions;
Develop and present solution proposals, quotations, implementation plans, and campaign performance reports;
Package and enhance CRM, Zalo Brand Hub, and Engagement solutions tailored to specific industries and client objectives;
Participate in client workshops/meetings to deliver technical consultations and solution presentations;
Contribute to process standardization, accelerate execution efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields;
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Pre-Sales, or Technical Product, preferably in CRM, MarTech, or B2B SaaS;
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC); experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus;
