Your role & responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in backend development, using deep technical knowledge and past experience to develop robust, high-performance backend systems.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, require minimal supervision, and manage tasks autonomously.
- Analyze projects holistically, understand high-level requirements and objectives, and efficiently execute tasks collaboratively with team members to ensure project success.
- Exhibit excellence in problem-solving, honesty, transparency, and maintain a strong work ethic.
- Continuously seek to improve the team, foster team bonding, mediate conflicts, and coordinate teamwork to ensure a productive environment.
- Stay motivated to learn new business systems and programming languages, including both backend and frontend technologies.

Your skills & qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in distributed computing, B2C high-performance solutions, B2B security, API integration, parallelism, multi-threading, and transaction management.
- Profound understanding of SOLID principles and their application in software development.
- Advanced knowledge of C# and .NET, including asynchronous programming, Task Parallel Library (TPL), LINQ, lambda expressions, and thread management.
- Proficiency in writing unit tests, performing various testing methodologies, and troubleshooting using Visual Studio.
- Familiarity with Git, NuGet
- Knowledge of Azure technologies like AKS and Azure SignalR is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years degree in IT or related fields, with a preference for a Computer Science degree from a reputable university.
- Understanding of the US lending mortgage industry is a plus.
