Present and introduce solutions to partners and customers
Conduct POC, demo solutions for partners and customers.
Train the sales staff of the partners on the products provided by the Company
Survey the needs and advise the optimal solution for the end customers
Support the partners in preparing technical documents, solution profiles, technical requirements of the product to serve the customer's procurement bidding
Build and systematize documents to serve the product consulting work (product introduction documents, solution presentation slides, technical requirements, sample BOM, comparison information, ...
Requirements
Knowledgeable about security solutions such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, EDR, etc.
Knowledgeable about CyberSecurity solution of global vendors.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Customer-oriented mindset: Prioritize customer security needs and have a service-oriented approach to build trust with clients.
Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISA, etc.).
At least 5 years of experience.
Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or a related field.
Good English skills / TOEIC >500, or good Korean skills topik 4 and above
