Manage and arrange schedules, meetings, and business trips.
Prepare documents and gather information upon request.
Regularly report work progress and results directly to the COO.
Receive, classify, organize, and process documents and paperwork from departments.
Accurately communicate information to relevant departments and follow up on feedback.
Support internal management and business activities at the Branch.
Assist the translation team in software development projects if requested.
Perform other tasks as directly assigned by the COO.

University degree required.
Japanese proficiency equivalent to N2 or higher, good communication skills in a professional environment (prior experience working with Japanese people is preferred).
Friendly, sociable personality, able to connect and work well in a team.
Passion for secretarial work; preference given to candidates with customer service experience or interest in management and business fields.
Responsible, able to work under pressure, and willing to work outside office hours when necessary.
Able to travel for business trips and attend client meetings with the COO
Candidates with IT knowledge and English proficiency are preferred.
