Trách nhiệm công việc

  • Participate in designing, customizing, developing applications, and integrating systems on Salesforce platform services.
  • Analyze and clarify customer requirements.
  • Research and explore Salesforce features to deliver comprehensive solutions for customers.
  • Provide training for new team members to get familiar with Salesforce (optional).

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • From 1-2 years of experience in software development.
  • At least 3 years of experience in designing and developing CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Lightning Platform, etc.).
  • English communication equivalent to B2- or higher
  • Salesforce-related certifications are a strong advantage.
  • High sense of responsibility and willingness to learn new knowledge.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
