  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong; 
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team. 

Trách nhiệm công việc

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team; 
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence; 
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives; 
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs; 
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the BOD; 
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new services/programs and competition status; 
  • Other tasks assigned by the Company. 

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

Qualifications

  • Advance diploma and above 
  • Basic computer training certification   

Required experience

  • Strong Negotiation skills; 
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets; 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization; 
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;  
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise; 
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills; 
  • Experience in working independently with minimal guidance and exercising mature judgment; 
  • Experience with prioritizing the workload effectively to meet deadlines and work objectives; 

Job essentials

  • Proficient in MS Office and computer literacy; 
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening; 
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters; 
  • Good communication skills; 
  • Confidentiality, strong attention to detail & multi-tasking; 
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks; 
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment; 
  • Ability to work on shift and weekend when being required;
