Project Manager (Digital Platform)

• Coordinate with the Product Manager, Development Team, and third parties/vendors to ensure timely launch of the product.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, risks, and budget.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation for successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure and report on project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Escalate issues to management as needed, and manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular project status updates.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Oversee and ensure the highest quality standards throughout the product development cycle.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for all project-related activities.

• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent;
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management;
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results;
• Technical knowledge of full-stack web development and product development cycles;
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries;
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech startups;
• Experience working with partners in Vietnam;
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written;
• Proficiency in Korean is a plus;
