PRODUCT SPECIALIST

If you have a passion for building financial products to improve the quality of life for customers, this role is designed for you. You will play a critical role in driving business decision & product innovation

• Monitor product performance & collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product profitability optimization with financial analysis.  
• Translate customer needs into compelling product features development.
• Continuously innovate our products to ensure the product's sustainable success & relevance in the ever-changing financial landscape to satisfy our customers' need.

• University graduate with GPA of 3/4 and 7.5/10 and less than 1-year working experience.
• Proficient in English with a level of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
• Passion for financial products & customer experience enhancement through continuous product optimization & partnership expansion.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, communication skills & presentation skills to detect the business situation then propose positive changes.
• Effectively work both in a team & on your own.
• Willingness to learn & absorb new knowledge.
• Good Customer Obsession, Entrepreneurship, Integrity, Operation Excellence & Digital Savviness mindset, as it’s our core Leadership Qualities.
