Position Summary:

You will be the leading technical consultant for the identified Dynamics Module / Capability, providing and implementing solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics to help the organisation drive their identified business capabilities in the relevant area. The modules to be implemented include F&O, CRM Sales, Customer Insights, and Commerce. We are looking for suitable experienced candidates to lead in one or more of the solution areas and Dynamics modules

Responsibilities:

Work with clients to gather and analyse their business requirements related to Dynamics 365 CRM/FO/CS/Commerce and provide technical solutions.
Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations
Perform system configurations, customizations, and data migrations
Develop and maintain custom workflows, plugins, and scripts to enhance the functionalities.
Advise clients on best practices for implementing and optimising to meet their business needs.
Collaborate with other consultants, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting
Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation for Commerce solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest features and related technologies.
Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Technical Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Commerce/CRM/FO/CS
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, ReactJS, and SQL used for building customizations
Experience with Azure services and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
Knowledge of web services, APIs, and data integration techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies are preferred.
