Trách nhiệm công việc

Review and analyze system specifications
Collaborate with Devs to develop effective strategies and test plans
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
Evaluate product code according to specifications
Create logs to document testing phases and defects
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Help troubleshoot issues
Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

At least 4 years of working experience in manual testing
Can communicate in Japanese (N2 up)
Knowledge of QA testing methodologies and the test lifecycle
Experience working with bug management systems (i.e. JIRA, Mantis, etc.)
Understanding of how websites and mobile applications are developed and function
Ability to clearly communicate software issues and behavior to development, product management, operations
Has in-depth knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions
Works independently; receives minimal guidance
May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
May represent the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement.
