Trách nhiệm công việc

  • Assist and advise the immediate manager (Foreigner) on international business operations.
  • Manage export shipments to various international destinations, ensuring adherence to timelines and compliance with requirements.
  • Prepare and review all shipment documentation, including export licenses, certificates, and invoices.
  • Obtain and authenticate required documents from VCCI and other relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (R&D, QA & QC, Production, Accounts) to streamline export processes.
  • Update and maintain accurate sales and shipment data.
  • Communicate with international clients to provide updates, resolve inquiries, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and execute timely deliveries.
  • Initiate and coordinate production processes for new orders to meet client specifications and

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

  • Education: Background in pharmacy, science, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills; IELTS 6.5 to 7.0 (or equivalent).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with strong skills in Excel and document preparation.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work effectively under pressure, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Commitment: Willingness to stay with the organization for at least 2-3 years to contribute to long-term growth.
