Trách nhiệm công việc
- Contact and search for customers via phone, Facebook, and China - Vietnam freight forwarding groups.
- Provide shipping quotes and procedures to customers prior to import.
- Update cargo schedules for customers.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Office Manager.
- Weekly/monthly/quarterly work reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Plan customer and revenue development and report on implementation status periodically.
- Find out the market demand for logistics services.
- List and approach potential customers to introduce the company's logistics services.
- Coordinate with departments within the company to monitor and update the status of goods and information to customers regularly and promptly.
- Continue to provide after-sales care, coordinate with other departments of the company to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and suggestions if any.
