  • Conducting meetings and interviews to gather requirements from business stakeholders
  • Performing process analysis and documentation through methods like flowcharts
  • Identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions
  • Researching and evaluating software, tools and automation options
  • Creating detailed requirements documentation and specifications
  • Supporting solution design, testing and implementation
  • Preparing reports, presentations and business cases
  • Communicating with various stakeholders and team members
  • Assist PM with project scope, estimation, and planning.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrate the ability to think both analytically and creatively.
  • Possesses strong problem-solving skills.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively.

  • Can conduct independent research.
  • Have knowlege of reporting and Data Visualization
  • Understanding making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
  • Understanding building and maintaining automated forecasting models, utilizing regression or statistical methodologies
  • Speaks confidently and articulately in front of a group.
