Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring.
Collaborate with cross-functional and multinational teams to define, build, and enhance customer facing features for users.
Evaluating and implementing new tools and process frameworks to enhance development efficiency.
Work as part of an Agile Development Scrum Team.
Write SOLID, testable, and maintainable code, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Managing and coordinating outsourcing task if needed
Non-financial Aspect: Successful candidates must be creative, collaborative, and have clear logic, while completing high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Requirements

[Education]

Bachelor's degree in Information system, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

[Work Experience]

3+ years of program development experience (JAVA)
Work experience in App startups, digital banking, or FinTech is a plus

[Language]

Proficient in Vietnamese and either English or Chinese is a must.

[Professional requirement]

Proficiency in Spring Boot framework; Spring Cloud is preferred.
An Online Assignment Test is a required to prove the capabilities
Familiar with MVC architecture.
Experience at least one of DB application (Oracle, MSSQL…etc).
Experience with REST Services and Restful API design and development.
Experience in ORM and microservices development.
Experience in Docker container technology.
Experience in web application service, e.g. Tomcat, IIS.
Experience with public or private cloud platform GCP or AWS cloud service.
Experience with unit testing of Java backend code.

[Plus]

Work experience in App startups, digital banking, or FinTech is a plus
Cerfiticate: Scrum certificates is a plus
