We are seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and manage our medical device sales operations across Vietnam. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing regional teams, working closely with distributors, and achieving national sales targets in compliance with local healthcare regulations.

Trách nhiệm công việc

Strategic Sales Management:

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Set and monitor KPIs to drive revenue growth across Vietnam.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to adapt strategies.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of regional sales managers and representatives.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular training to enhance capabilities.

Distributor & KOL Engagement:

  • Identify, appoint, and manage key distributors and partners.
  • Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Ensure effective implementation of marketing and educational initiatives.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Oversee key account management and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Visit major hospitals and decision-makers regularly to strengthen partnerships.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting:

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, budgeting, and market insights to senior management.
  • Ensure CRM and sales reports are updated and reliable.

Compliance & Ethics:

  • Ensure all sales practices are compliant with company policies and MOH regulations.
  • Promote ethical business conduct across the sales team and partners.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales within the medical device industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong network in hospitals (public and private)
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and team performance.
  • Experience in working with tender-based selling and reimbursement processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
  • Willing to travel extensively across Vietnam.
