Trách nhiệm công việc

  • Oversee the planning,execution, and delivery of projects through every phase and sprint.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensure that project goals are met on time and within scope.
  • Work closely with the team and stakeholders to plan for every phase and sprint.
  • Manage tasks, changes and risks to ensure the sprint goals and timeline are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication.
  • Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and improvements as necessary.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. -   PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the fintech or technology sector.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Trello, Jira).
  • Understanding of fintech products and services is a big plus.
