- Communicate with customers to provide suitable test architecture planning for production
- Communicate with external teams to keep track of issues and progress
- Manage schedules and support cross-function engineering effort
- Assist DFT structure implementation and review team members' work
- Work with test engineers to bring up test vectors on test-house/silicon
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- From 8 years work experience
- Major EE/CS
- Proficient in programming skill and UNIX shell
- Compression / Share code / Ultra flow implementation
- Familiar with Verilog / RTL / STA / Simulation verification flow
- MBIST/SCAN pattern build up in ATE
- English communication (prefer candidate with TOEIC 730-855 or relevant)
