Trách nhiệm công việc
- Analyst take responsibilities of defining the functions and scope of the task with the headquarters in Korea and overseas subsidiaries.
- Create a plan (story board) and collaborate with the developers to establish and implement a plan.
- Operate live services, performs all activities to improve services in a timely manner
- Be responsible for planning/operating to increase customer satisfaction through continuous traffic analysis and user behavior analysis.
- Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Perform requirements analysis.
- Document and communicate the results of your efforts.
- Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
- Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
- Allocate resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Perform user acceptance testing.
- Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
- Update, implement, and maintain procedures.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- A bachelor’s degree
- Major in IT or related field is a plus
- Proficiency in Korean skills;
- Middle/senior BA and service planning for at least 5 years;
- Be able to develop a middle/senior development plan and perform independent tasks;
- PC/Mobile game content planning and live service experience (service enhancement);
- Have knowledge of the global gaming business and services;
- Ability to communicate seamlessly with multiple collaborative departments, including development/business;
- Lead work attitude and logical thinking skills;
- Experience in writing MRD, PRD, and plans;
