As a Graphic Designer at OLLI, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a consistent, engaging brand identity across all communication channels. You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual language of our products and campaigns, ensuring everything from packaging to digital media reflects the magic and quality of OLLI.

1. Develop and Maintain Brand Identity:

Build and update a comprehensive Brand Style Guide, including palette, logos, typography, iconography, and visual effects

2. Design Hero Product Renders:

Create high-resolution stills and short animated loops of our flagship products in a premium style inspired by Apple/Nintendo aesthetics - clean backgrounds, dramatic lighting, cinematic mood.

3. Produce Multi-channel Marketing Assets:

Resize and adapt graphics for use across:
Web & e-commerce.
Amazon, Best Buy end-caps.
Paid ads.
Packaging.
Presentations and sales decks.
Deliver layered design files to support motion design and animation.

4. Rapid Turn Creative:

Quickly produce visuals for high-impact needs such as:
TikTok thumbnails.
Email banners.
PR decks.
Event branding.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

3+ years of design experience, at least 2+ years of marketing-specific experience designing ad campaigns
You've worked directly with marketing teams, iterating to improve performance of ad assets
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
A portfolio showcasing:
- Multi-channel marketing assets.
- Hero product imagery.
- Branding systems.
