Trách nhiệm công việc

  • Design and update Distributor Salesmans roles to reflect business priorities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive job descriptions and competency frameworks.
  • Define tools, KPIs, and reward schemes associated with Distributor Salesmans performance.
  • Partner with Commercial Leaders to align the Distributor Salesmans role with strategic objectives.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track Distributor Salesmans KPIs and ensure performance visibility.
  • Support Distributor Salesmans with training, coaching, and capability development programs.
  • Manage Below-the-Line (BTL) budgets effectively to support sales initiatives.
  • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of commercial processes impacting Distributor Salesmans performance.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

  • A background in Sales, HR, Commercial Excellence, or Organizational Development is desirable.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in KPI management and dashboard creation.
  • Experience in designing roles, competencies, and remuneration frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans.
