We are looking for a Digital Growth Intern to join the Digital Growth team at KATINAT, focusing on supporting marketing and growth initiatives across our Digital Channels (Mobile App and Ecommerce). This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about digital platforms, have a strong sense of ownership, and are eager to grow in a data-driven and creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in trend research and propose relevant promotional mechanics that align with digital platform and business objectives
- Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns on Mobile App & E-commerce platforms
- Assist in developing promotional ideas and content for in-app banners, notifications, and communication assets
- Collaborate with the design team to brief and review visual assets for digital campaigns
- Track campaign performance through basic metrics (e.g., voucher usage, conversion rates, CTR) and report insights to the team
- Report directly to: Marketing Manager
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Digital Communication, E-commerce, Trade Marketing, or related fields
- Strong interest in digital growth, app-based platforms, and user experience
- Good copywriting skills, especially for short-form promotional content
- Familiarity with performance metrics and an analytical mindset is a strong advantage
- Prior experience or internship in CRM, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce is a plus. Must be available to work on-site at the KATINAT Head Office
