We are looking for 02 Middle/Senior Data Analytics professional to develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve business processes and support informed decision-making. The position necessitates extensive knowledge with data analysis, reporting, and visualization technologies. The suitable candidate should be highly analytical, an excellent communicator, and able to collaborate effectively with various teams.

Collaborate with business teams to better understand their needs and deliver data insights to help them make decisions.
Analyze huge datasets to discover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
Create and manage BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations with tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, and other similar platforms.
Create and maintain data models to ensure data consistency and accuracy across different sources.
Conduct ad hoc analysis to support various business operations.
Design and implement machine learning models.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

2 - 4 years of professional experience in data analysis, data integration, and business intelligence.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a quantitative field like Marketing, Business, or Economics.
Expertise in evaluating the quality, completeness, and reliability of datasets.
Strong problem-solving skills with proven success in addressing challenges and using data to influence decision-making.
Experience with data integration tasks, including tracking website interactions (Google Analytics, GTM, Mixpanel, etc.), reviewing customer data, and transforming data into structured formats for internal systems.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI and Python.
Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline automation to ensure seamless data flow between platforms.
Ability to work with APIs and cloud-based data storage solutions (e.g., Google BigQuery, AWS, or Snowflake).
High attention to detail, ensuring data quality and thorough documentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent English communication skills.
