Manage inbound calls, receive and handle customer feedback.
Provide consultation and guidance on the appropriate use of products and services; assist customers with deposits, information updates, account details, securities order placement, and execution of customer requests.
Support and guide customers with online account opening procedures and monitor/update the customer list.
Respond to customer inquiries/complaints in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
Provide account information, place securities orders, and carry out customer requests.
Conduct service satisfaction surveys via call center.
Support brokers by providing product/service information and resolving issues.
Monitor system-related issues reported by customers and brokers, and update tracking files.
Send customer notification emails: birthday greetings, holiday announcements, product/service updates from MAS, birthday gift programs, and customer appreciation activities.
Coordinate with departments to ensure thorough handling of customer requests; support relevant teams in resolving customer issues.
Contribute ideas and propose new products and services for MAS.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
Good problem-solving and conflict-handling skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to work with internal systems/software.
Good English communication skills (reading/writing/speaking)
