We are growing rapidly and looking for CS&E specialist with gusto to join the team.

Trách nhiệm công việc

  • Taking care of customers who are in the clinics and  the hospitals
  • Understanding customer needs
  • Organizing and deploying services to customers (services include: demo, organizing system setup, guiding customer training and customer care during the process of customers using the system and services)
  • Company representatives receive customer feedback and experiences and work with departments to respond to customers, upgrade service quality,
  • From user experiences and needs to contribute to the system development process
  • Support customers before and after sales
  • Monitor and handle equipment problems
  • Periodic customer care
  • Manage and update customer information

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

  • Experience in customer care for clinics/hospitals
  • Attitude and responsibility for work
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a desire to work/contribute to start-ups
  • Clear communication, good listening, patient, and able to explain to non-professionals
  • Service mindset 
  • Communication skills: Communication creates trust and confidence
  • Proficient in using computers, Microsoft Office software, and remote working tools (Team, Zoom,...)
