The Country Manager will lead our expansion into Vietnam & Cambodia with full P&L responsibility, the ideal candidate will have proven experience in strategic sales, market penetration, and customer relationship management in these two countries. He/she should have a good relationship with key personnel in small and large textile / garment factories in this area, which are engaged in textile printing. Intensive product training will be provided by DCC tech team to the candidate.
Responsibilities
Business Growth and P&L Ownership:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Own the P&L; analyze costs, pricing, margins, and market trends.
- Build short- and long-term business plans to drive sustainable growth.
Customer Engagement:
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Work with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service and support.
- Collect and leverage customer insights to enhance offerings and service delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in sales and service in Textile printing machinery, Textile Sowing, Garment industry in Vietnam/ Cambodia
- Prior experience of having worked with Overseas Manufacturers would be an added advantage
- Candidates should be able to communicate effectively in the local language and English.
