This position's primary responsibilities will include reporting development and supporting daily operational procedures & processes in accordance with collection strategies.
Trách nhiệm công việc
- Prepare and maintain data analysis reports, support data operations and performance tracking tasks.
- Support information preparation; Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations.
- Review, manage and distribute company policies both digital and physical format.
- Perform general administrative duties such as drafting memos, organizing and maintaining files, taking meeting notes and preparing documents, drafts and reports.
- Support cross-functional teams and perform other tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- Intermediate Graduation or higher majoring in Finance, Mathematics and Statistics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related fields.
- Having experience and knowledge of the Consumer Finance industry and Collection is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; famililarity with SQL is preferred.
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python, R) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with numbers and large datasets.
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as a team player.
