  • Market Research: Gather and analyze data on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations to the Sales team.
  • Support Sales Strategy Execution: Participate in internal meetings, assist in preparing sales materials, and observe client presentations to learn from industry professionals.
  • On-Job Training Participation: Engage in tailored training programs designed to equip you with essential skills such as communication, negotiation, client management, and sales techniques.
  • This training aims to prepare you for a future career in Tech Sales/IT Sales.

Common Recruitment Criteria

  • IELTS 6.0 or equivalent: Excellent English proficiency is essential to effectively communicate with international clients.
  • Mindset and Attitude: We prioritize flexible thinking, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude over experience. No prior experience is required, but you must be coachable, hardworking, goal-oriented, and demonstrate a clear sense of purpose in your work.
  • Passion for Sales (General and Tech Sales): We’re looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about developing a career in this dynamic field.
  • At least 6 months of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related customer-facing role: Internship, freelance, part-time, or full-time roles are all considered—what matters is that you've had hands-on exposure to sales or client interaction.
  • Full-time Availability: Candidates must be willing and available to commit to a full-time role, ensuring a long-term growth path within the company.
