- We are seeking a Business Development Director with strong industry expertise in technical plastics or plastic/chemical additives.
- The ideal candidate will possess an extensive supplier network in China, combined with proven domestic and export market development experience.
Trách nhiệm công việc
- Develop and execute business growth strategies for the technical plastics and plastic additives sector.
- Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in China.
- Lead market expansion in both domestic and export channels.
- Negotiate commercial terms, manage contracts, and ensure business targets are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business plans with operational capabilities.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities to strengthen market position.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- Minimum of 5–7 years in a similar role within technical plastics or plastic/chemical additives.
- Languages: Chinese (Mandarin), English (advantage but not required).
- Strong supplier network in China within these sectors is a must.
- Market Experience: Domestic and export experience preferred (open to candidates with only domestic experience but willing to take on export).
- Proven track record in business development, negotiations, and achieving sales growth.
