BACKEND SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Trách nhiệm công việc
-
Analyze, design, and model business processes using BPMN.

Collaborate with clients and the project team to gather requirements, identify bottlenecks, and find opportunities for improvement in current operational processes.

Implement modeled processes using BPM tools like Camunda (Camunda 8 preferred).
-
Build and integrate modern backend applications (SpringBoot, Java/Kotlin) to support process execution.
-
Coordinate with the frontend team to ensure a consistent and effective user experience.

Participate in the team's daily Scrum/Kanban activities: sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Test and propose new technologies to increase performance or improve the software development process.

Document solutions, share knowledge internally, and assist in training other team members.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Practical experience in business process modeling and automation.
- Proficient with the Camunda BPM tool, with a preference for experience with Camunda 8.
- Proficient in Spring Boot with Java or Kotlin
Skills:
- Solid understanding of BPMN, system architecture, and the principle of clear separation between business logic and process logic.
- Systematic thinking, with the ability to see the big picture and perform in-depth analysis of business processes.
- Excellent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for the work environment and complex technical discussions (C1 level).
- Proactive, responsible, and able to manage work independently.
- Teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
