Onsite monitor to ensure site work conforms safety regulations, and guarantee employee work safety for Admin team member and 3PL
Handle payment processing such as PR, PO, GR
Run Service satisfaction survey for continuous improvement of service level
Comply with standard operating procedure, and manage to improve continuously to optimize costs
Internal event organization
Provide daily activities supervision and issues fixing that support the Brewery operating well.
Ensure ISO, Safety, Quality in Admin; Make weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly report
Close gaps by learning and training. Improve technical skills to grow with the team
Conduct training & coaching for Admin team members
Through continuous learning and training, bridge the skills gap to improve their professional skills, while actively sharing successful practice
Crisis Management and 3PL managerment
Participate in setting-up and implementing all work instructions for operations and maintenance in Admin section; ensure all employees (before they carried-out their works) are trained.
According to ABI’s human resource management policy, make the training plans and track implementation of them; make the performance management process, and ensure the process can be fairly and justly implemented; regularly communicate with the personnel.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related majors
1-3 years of administrative experience in Foreign Company
Have experience in managing outsourced services such as cleaning and canteen.
Conversant in English and Vietnamese, proficient skills in MS Office
Familiar with VPO:
Management pillar including business description, process mapping
Knowledge management, standards creation and execution, service level
People pillar knowledge, including job description, work-related RACI, KPI management (including target setting & cascading, target appraisal), abilities matrix, training matrix, leadership, company compensation policy, recognition, work environment, internal/external recruitment)
Quality pillar, including ABI food safety policy, HACCP, product quality completeness, quality management control report system.
