KodeQ helps US-based technology companies create dedicated development teams in Vietnam. Our CEO, Thomas Vo, left a high-paid engineering job at a multi-billion dollar company to dedicate full time to KodeQ in 2015. Since then, we've been committed to connecting top Vietnamese engineers with top companies and let our engineers work in a SiliconValley-equivalent environment. Every day we build stuff together, solve problems together, play video games together, and cook together like one big family that helps each other learn and grow.

Our founders grew up in Ho Chi Minh city and went study abroad at top universities in Australia and the US. Understanding the culture and the people of Vietnam, we shared the same belief that Vietnam has great potential for engineering talents, so we dedicated to connecting these talents to help tech companies in the US fulfill their dream of success.
