Responsibilities
- Manage Trucking team safety and security management
- Formulate company truck regular maintenance, repair and daily checking of the tire wear and tear …..
- Provide training to clerical staff, driver and warehouse staff on professional ethnics and politeness
- Manage daily matters and deal with emergencies
- Manage trucking team profit and loss. Formulate drivers cash expenses, fuel usage, developing an operation and implementation plan to ensure stable revenue
- Optimizing routes & costs, saving with the result of reducing expenses
- Closely coordinating with the Planning team to optimize profits and costs through planning goods for Crystal transport team and subcontractors
- Coordinating with business department to build optimal transport solutions for new customers
- Formulate supplies service regulations
- Monitor suppliers cost and on-time payments
- Monitor suppliers charges standard
- Monitor GPS and CCTV system and statistics
- Monitor security of company container
- Manage company trucking team and suppliers trucking team KPI
- Be accountable for transport operations
- Be in charge the short haul or Viet-Lao
- Supervised transport team of 30 members and 15 tractors and trailers.
- Coordinate with transport subcontractor for truck deployment in the normal and urgent cases
- Drive the transportation operation team to correct and prevent any issues in transport
Requirements
- University Degree
- 5-7 years working experience in Logistics industry.
- Experience in Cross Border Rail and Warehouse Management
- Strong Computer skills including the complete Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.
- Ability to prioritize works for effective implementation.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels.
