About Company
Your role & responsibilities
- Manage tech team of 30 staff (Dev, QC, Infra..)
- Setting up IT organization structure, procedural guidelines to establish a successful delivery process
- Advise CEO/BOD for IT trends and IT upgrade, and plan to apply to company's products
- Overseeing teams across the different stages of project delivery by supervising staff
- Resource management, maximize resource usage, maximize member’s performance
- Evaluating consumer feedback and instituting changes as necessary to manage expectations
- Build and maintain engineering culture
Your skills & qualifications
Qualifications and experience
- Graduated in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of working experience in the field of information technology, with a minimum of 5 years in a manager position
Knowledge and skills
- Deep understanding of technology and trends in the EdTech industry.
- Strong leadership skills, team management ability, and task orientation.
- Strategic thinking skills and the ability to make decisions in complex business environments.
- Inspiration and passion for applying technology to improve education.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment that demands flexibility.
