Responsibilities
- Lead the development of microservices-based backend systems on GCP, AWS or Azure
- Lead the development team on technical discussions
- Research and consult with the business team on technical solutions and implementation approaches
- Apply Well-Architected Framework to ensure optimal system architecture
- Compose clear and complete technical design documentation
- Mentor and guide team members across multiple projects
- Collaborate directly with cross-functional stakeholders for requirements and operations
- Apply best practices in SDLC: CI/CD, automated testing, Agile/Scrum
- Manage infrastructure and software deployment pipelines
- Coordinate with teams to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery
- Analyze performance bottlenecks, lead initiatives to improve scalability and reliability
- Develop Implement developer enablement programs and training
Requirements
1. Education Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
2. Certificate:
- Bonus: AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Bonus: Google Cloud Professional Architect
- Bonus: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
3. Professional experience:
- Minimum 10 years of backend development experience
- At least 05 years in a Technical Lead or similar roles
- Proficient in Node.js, Java, or Go; familiar with Kubernetes and Docker
- Strong hands-on experience with GCP, AWS or Azure; CI/CD tools and GitOps practices
4. Management experience:
- Experience leading teams of 3–10 developers in an Agile/Scrum environment
5. Soft Skills:
- Strategic and creative thinking
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart
6. Others:
- Strong technical English reading and writing skills
- High sense of responsibility and teamwork
- Willing to work outside business hours if required to meet deadlines
