Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the engineering team to build scalable trading & AI platforms.
- Define architecture, ensure performance, security, and code quality.
- Work closely with Product, Quant, and Data teams to deliver solutions.
- Manage sprints, oversee development, and contribute hands-on coding/reviews.
- Drive innovation in real-time data, AI/ML integration, and trading systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development.
- Strong in backend (Python, Go, or Java).
- Experience with on-premise and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Knowledge of AI/ML, trading systems, or distributed systems is a plus.
