Senior Portfolio Manager to lead bringing to life brand commercial strategy, brand iconicity, integrated campaigns at scale, new products to consumer and shopper at different BTL touchpoints in liaise with trade marketing and extended commercial team, supply chain to fulfill consumer needs and elevate brand drinking and shopping to increase brand value, competitive advantage for conversion, effective and efficient investment with clear measurable business impact and risk mitigation for medium and long term sustained growth. 

Responsibilities

Brand Campaign BTL

  • Play bridging role between brand team and trade marketing team to translate campaign concept into channel activation plan for consistent scalable consumer and shopper experience.
  • Reassure Campaign master KVs are well adapted in line with guidance / playbook across touch points

Brand Iconicity and Channel special projects

Play bridging role between brand design/ iconicity team and trade marketing, procurement, sales and global brand team to drive consistency in brand iconicity at worldclass standard, effective alignment across stakeholders and enable OTIF delivery of commercial team as plan in balance with target budgeting

  • Brand posm, amenities, visibility, uniforms for permanence
  • Specific special branding projects in channels
  • Consult in BU/ Outlet / location selection criteria and the selections.

Renovation and promotion lead

Lead the development and collaborate with supply chain and commercial team implementation of conceptualized consumer promotion and limited-edition delivering brand Job-to-be-done, project delivery OTIF and the fully achievement of set business case KPIs.

  • Develop promotion concept or adapt Campaign concept into limited pack
  • Liaise with trade marketing and sales team and consult with finance business partner to build bottom-up business cases

Drive the whole process of NPI for project in charge from ideation through implementation and post evaluation and share the learnings across organization for continuous improvements.

Innovation & renovation commercialization in channels

  • Mobilize the whole sales team to build product availability, visibility, trial at point of purchase
  • Track BU performance on monthly basis vs. target setting to suggest adjustive/ accelerative actions

BU championship

Play as key bran team contact point for annual, quarterly brand commercial planning, performance tracking and forecast accuracy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 10-year experience in brand building, commercializing innovation/ renovation, has decent experience or great willingness to work in BTL area. Preferred FMCG experience. 
  • Strong business acumen and brand profitability and strategic thinking and planning 
  • Market & category understanding
  • Balance of Big picture and details, idea advance and execution complexity
  • Performance and execution ownership and ability to drive diverse stakeholders toward effective alignment
  • Clear and sharp in thinking and articulating his/ her thought
  • Risk mitigation and crisis management with transparency, street smart and compliance. 
  • Ability to travel frequently as required for business operations.
  • Experience in development of team to achieve high performance.
  • English proficiency
