Responsibilities

STRATEGY AND PLANNING DEVELOPMENT:

  • Develop bottom-up business strategies and plans for the Block by product/segment, including personnel planning and operating expenses.
  • Calculate and allocate plans by product/segment and cost plans to the Block's directly affiliated units (including HO units and over 300 business units).
  • Propose appropriate targets for the business management of business units.

KPIs AND BUSINESS POLICY DEVELOPMENT:

  • Develop and issue the KPI system for HO units, business units, and direct sales management personnel under the Block.
  • Develop, operate, and manage the mechanism for evaluating and ranking branches.

BUSINESS COORDINATION:

  • Address inquiries from business units regarding sales orientation and appropriate sales plans to optimize business.
  • Analyze and evaluate business plans and financial forecasts as required by management levels.

Requirements

1. Trình độ Học vấn

    Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance/Banking/Business Administration or related fields.

2. Kiến thức/ Chuyên môn Có Liên Quan

    Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

  • Banking and Finance
  • Data Management, Business Analysis

3. Các Kỹ Năng/ Skills

  • Data analysis and processing, logical thinking
  • Proficiency in using Excel/SQL for data calculation and analysis.
  • Proficiency in using PowerPoint for presentations
  • Time Management

4. Các Kinh nghiệm Liên quan/ Relevant Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in policy, analysis, and planning within a large bank/financial institution.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Teamwork and independent work skills. Interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Scientific work organization and good time management.
