Responsibilities

  • Continuously build sales pipelines via various B2B channels, such as digital platforms or physical events, presenting IT and creative solutions to potential leads.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and partners through professional networking.
  • Participate in meetings with clients and prepare proposals tailored to their needs.
  • Handle negotiations and paperwork related to agency projects.
  • Coordinate closely with in-house teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales and projects to the management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account…
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Korean is a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to identify and act on opportunities independently.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with internal teams and external clients
  • Understanding of the ITO landscape and agency services including Data/AI/LLM, Salesforce, web/app development ... is plus
