We’re seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance professional to ensure the highest standards for our client projects.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will work closely with our clients and development team to ensure seamless project delivery and maintain exceptional quality across our e-commerce projects.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to clarify e-commerce project requirements.
Collaborate with developers to assign tasks, track progress, and resolve issues.
Design and execute test plans to ensure website functionality, performance, and security.
Identify, document, and track bugs using appropriate tools.
Provide client updates and ensure expectations are met.
Improve processes by applying QA best practices.

Requirements

Must-have:

Strong English communication skills.
Experience in web/software testing and QA methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
Strong teamwork and presentation skills.

Nice-to-have:

Experience with Selenium, Postman, or JIRA.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
E-commerce project experience.
Basic HTML, CSS, or JavaScript knowledge.
