Responsibilities

Establish a strong brand image for Atalink with a consistent brand identity and a distinctposition as an industry leader through leadership content and other omni-channel activities
Develop a strong awareness of our products and solutions among B2B customers by workingclosely with product managers and the sales team.
Develop viable marketing campaigns and initiatives to grow website traffic with newmarketing qualified leads
Strategize and build content and social media plan to support every stage of our conversionfunnel
Optimize Atalink main website and social media channels to build a scalable, businessdriven marketing platform
Create, capture, and facilitate communication opportunities around Procurement and Supply
Chain Management technology and B2B e-commerce topics where Atalink's domainexpertise and knowledge can be leveraged
Deliver insightful market intelligence, customer insights, and market overviews, and helpbuild full-picture forecasting of the market dynamic
Establish a practical PR process to manage complex internal and external communications,from boosting business reputation to contingency situations
Optimize our win rate with state-of-the-art sales kits, materials, proposals, and templates atthe least amount of time
Enhance our Employee Branding to attract top talent for Atalink. You’ll provideguidelines, consult, and support to improve our Employee Experience and Communicationprograms

Bachelor’s degree preferably in liberal arts, communications, journalism, marketing, business,Post Graduate degree (Masters) preferred.
Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience and 3 -5 years in leadership and managerialroles in all areas of Marketing Communications, including owned, earned, and paid
A strong foundation in B2B inbound, content marketing, and marketing automation, CRMsoftware (HubSpot, Zoho, Bitrix24, and the likes)
Exposure to consumer research in both qualitative and quantitative from the user’s view with an analytical and strategic
A creative champion works across multiple mediums and channels, including writing, video,social media, visual communication with bold ideas, and new ways of doing things.
Strong project management skills and a great team player, having high communication and advisory skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders is essential for the role.
Proactively seek new ways of problem-solving and collaboration across the organization.
Dynamic and proven self-starter who can work independently and within a team. Experience working in a multi-cultural and diverse international environment.
Stay current and up to date with the latest innovation, digital trends, research, skills and education, and development.
Strong verbal and written presentation skills (English and Vietnamese)
Possess high learning agility
Some subject knowledge of E-commerce, B2B marketing, and data analytics topics will be a plus
