Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the company’s commercial direction with multi-channel B2B strategies across Wholesale, Retail, Logistics, and Online platforms.
  • Develop product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies to ensure competitive advantage and drive profitability.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach by strengthening customer lifecycle management and enhancing key account relationships.
  • Oversee core operations, including route-to-market, warehousing, and logistics, ensuring efficiency and customer-focused delivery.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L management to ensure financial health and operational alignment.
  • Monitor income and expenses to drive profitability, ensure cost optimization, and maintain long-term sustainability.
  • Provide regular performance updates to senior management and propose business improvement initiatives.
  • Lead HR, IT, and Workplace functions to build a scalable, high-performance organization.
  • Promote a purpose-driven culture centered on operational excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Build strong organizational foundations with the right structures, skills, and mindsets for long-term growth.
  • Provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
  • Implement talent retention strategies and succession planning aligned with company policies.
  • Set clear performance objectives to align team goals with corporate priorities. Regularly review individual and team performance, deliver feedback, and ensure compliance with governance and regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in executive leadership (e.g., Managing Director, General Manager) with strong financial and operational delivery.
  • Extensive experience in commercial strategy, B2B sales, and logistics—preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, or trading sectors.
  • Skilled in managing multi-brand and multi-location operations with hands-on P&L and financial planning expertise.
  • Strong strategic mindset paired with execution excellence and customer-centric thinking.
  • Effective communicator and negotiator, able to engage stakeholders, investors, and business partners.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with cross-functional collaboration experience and fluency in English.

Benefits

Salary: 90.000 - 100.000 USD / Year
