Responsibilities

API Development

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring.

Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional and multinational teams to define, build, and enhance customer facing features for users.

Technology Evaluation

Evaluating and implementing new tools and process frameworks to enhance development efficiency.

Agile Methodologies

Work as part of an Agile Development Scrum Team.

Code Standards

Write SOLID, testable, and maintainable code, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Maintenance

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Other Assigned Tasks

Managing and coordinating outsourcing task if needed

Collaboration

Non-financial Aspect: Successful candidates must be creative, collaborative, and have clear logic, while completing high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information system, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Work experience: 5+ years of program development experience (JAVA)

Language skill: Proficient in Vietnamese and either English or Chinese is a must.

Proficiency in Spring Boot framework; Spring Cloud is preferred.

Familiar with MVC architecture.

Experience at least one of DB application (Orcale, MSSQL…etc).

Experience with REST Services and Restful API design and development.

Experience in Docker container technology.

Experience in web application service, e.g. Tomcat, IIS.

Experience with public or private cloud platform GCP or AWS cloud service.

Experience with unit testing of Java backend code.

Team-oriented, able to collaborate effectively with members.

Strong self-learning ability and a passion for researching new technologies.

Proficient in English communication

The developer need to co-work and communicate with Vietnam and Taiwan team in requirement clarification, test plan/case discussion, bug discussion.

Cross function/ region collaborations.

Work experience in App startups, digital banking, or FinTech is a plus

Certificate: Scrum certificates a plus
