IT MANAGER

• Tiếng Anh khá
• Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Hệ thống thông tin quản lý, Khoa học máy tính, Quản trị CNTT hoặc các ngành liên quan.
• Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực CNTT, trong đó có ít nhất 2 năm ở vị trí quản lý dự án chuyển đổi số hoặc ERP.
• Có kinh nghiệm triển khai hệ thống ERP (ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc với Odoo ERP hoặc các hệ thống tương đương như SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics…), quản lý hệ thống CNTT tổng thể (server, mạng, bảo mật, dữ liệu…).
• Kiến thức về quy trình nghiệp vụ doanh nghiệp (bán hàng, mua hàng, kế toán, kho, nhân sự...) để có thể số hóa và triển khai hiệu quả trên hệ thống ERP.

• Good command of English
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, IT Management, or other related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT field, including at least 2 years in digital transformation or ERP project management roles.
• Proven experience in ERP system implementation (preference given to candidates with experience in Odoo ERP or equivalent systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and in managing overall IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cybersecurity, data management, etc.).
• Solid understanding of enterprise business processes (sales, procurement, accounting, warehouse, human resources, etc.) to effectively digitize and implement these processes on the ERP platform.
