Responsibilities
Support Customer service import counter, ie. collecting OBL, checking payment and releasing eDO
Support Customer Service Department by looking into Case Management System, statistics customer ‘s inquiries, then Customer Service Associate can analysis and guide customer for the purpose to reduce cases coming to Quality Service Center.
Requirements
3rd/4th year in university or equivalence
Knowledge of user application systems, ex: MS Office, business system
Be able to communicate in speaking and writing English
Working full time in Hapag-Lloyd Vietnam Office in Haiphong City
